We help organisations improve administration, participation, growth, financial sustainability and operational effectiveness through a combination of technology, learning resources and support services.

This Privacy Notice applies to the use of Personal Data Processed by Pay Here Ltd. that is collected, stored, and used (Processed) that belongs to Visitors to this website. The Processing of Personal Data belonging to Clients and to Users is covered in separate Privacy Notices and in our Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

To help make this Privacy Notice a little easier to read, we have defined certain words and phrases. Those definitions are as follows:

Client – any organisation to whom we provide our services.

Typically, we share the Personal Data that we Process only with suppliers, consultants, delivery partners and service providers that are necessary for the delivery of our Services. This may include customer relationship management systems, communication platforms, learning platforms, analytics tools and other business systems used to operate and improve our Services.  In every case we have conducted due diligence to ensure that any data is shared in compliance with the Data Protection Laws and in a secure manner such that the confidentiality of the data that we Process is maintained. We use a variety of suppliers.

From time to time, we may use suppliers who have locations outside of the UK.  In such cases we work with them to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect all data that is shared by us, in compliance with the Data Protection Laws.

Should we receive a request from a competent authority to disclose Personal Data we will only comply with the request if it is deemed lawful. In such cases, we may be obliged to not inform affected parties of either the request or the disclosure.

COMPLETING A FORM VIA ONE OF OUR WEBSITE PAGES

If you complete an online form via one of our website pages, you will be asked to submit information about yourself. We will Process your Personal Data for marketing purposes as we believe that we have a “legitimate interest” because we provide services that will be of benefit to you and/or your organisation.

The Personal Data that you submit to us will be used to keep you informed of products and services, promotions and any new offerings, from us or from our business partners, that we feel will be of interest to you.

Some Thrive4 Services may include AI-powered tools, assistants and recommendation services.

When interacting with these Services, you may choose to provide personal information such as your name, role, email address, telephone number, organisation name and other contact details.

You may also provide information about your organisation, including its activities, membership, operations, finances, systems, processes, objectives, challenges and performance.

We Process this information in order to:

  • provide recommendations and guidance;
  • personalise content, resources and learning pathways;
  • assess organisational needs and priorities;
  • respond to enquiries;
  • identify relevant Services;
  • improve our Services; and
  • manage our relationship with you and your organisation.

Information provided through AI-powered Services, including conversation transcripts, summaries, assessments, recommendations and contact details, may be stored within our customer relationship management systems and other business systems where necessary to support the delivery of our Services.

Where a user is known to us, or where sufficient contact information is provided to identify or create a customer or prospect record, transcripts, summaries, recommendations and information provided during interactions with AI-powered Services may be stored within our customer relationship management systems.

This information may be used to:

  • maintain a record of interactions with Thrive4;
  • improve continuity across future conversations;
  • support the delivery of Services;
  • identify relevant resources, recommendations and Services; and
  • manage our relationship with customers and prospective customers.

We may also create summaries, notes, assessments and recommendations based upon information provided during such interactions and store these within our business systems for the same purposes.

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

CLIENTS / ORGANISERS

We Process this data in relation to the agreement we have with your organisation and for the delivery of Services requested by your organisation.

USERS

We already may hold your data as an individual if you have an account with us. We Process this data in the relation to the agreement we have with you to provide you with our services.

RIGHTS THAT YOU HAVE

As your Personal Data is held by Pay Here Ltd you have rights under Data Protection Laws that Pay Here Ltd fully support. Your rights are:

  • The right to request a copy of the Personal Data which Pay Here Ltd holds about you;
  • The right to request that Pay Here Ltd corrects any of your Personal Data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
  • The right to request that your Personal Data is erased where it is no longer necessary for Pay Here Ltd to retain such data;
  • The right to withdraw any consent you have given to the Processing of your Personal Data, at any time;
  • The right to request that Pay Here Ltd provide you with details of the Personal Data we hold about you;
  • The right to transmit your Personal Data directly to another data controller, (this is the right to data portability) for the performance of a contract with you;
